Role Overview

We’re looking for a Game Designer I to help craft engaging game content and features and support the delivery of high-quality live ops experiences for our players. What You’ll Do

  • Play the game and become an expert in the game.
  • Create and tune IP-correct content that yields accessible yet deep experiences for players.
  • Build new units, gear, and events for players by using internal tools and editing game data in XML directly.

  • Ability to prototype, tune, and iterate content and features to meet design goals and KPIs.
  • Demonstrable content creation skills.
  • Remain current on industry trends, including new game genres, new game design methods, and new platforms.
  • Understanding of player motivations, pacing, game balance, and live-service content expectations.

Nice to Have
