Founded in 2010, Respawn was created with the philosophy that when talented people have creative freedom, they’ll make extraordinary games that achieve the unexpected. As a Senior Producer on our team, you are a critical driver of the player experience, specifically overseeing the Player Experience Design (UI/UX) pods. Reporting to the
Senior Director of Business Operations & Strategy, you will function as a high-level Delivery Lead, accountable for the execution, quality, and timeliness of features that define how players interact with our game outside of core combat.

This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational excellence. You aren't just managing tasks; you are building the systems and culture that allow designers and engineers to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Adaptive Planning: Create and manage schedules with clear, actionable goals while proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Process Innovation: Continuously improve pipelines and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring the team remains lean and efficient.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the bridge builder between pods, articulating technical and design tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional partners.
  • Quality Advocate: Maintain an expert eye for both visual and functional quality, ensuring UI/UX designs are intuitive and the player experience is seamless.
  • Data-Informed Decisions: Partner with analytics to use player data to refine product direction and validate feature performance.
  • Craft Leadership: Act as a source of motivation and direction, helping to develop the next generation of production talent.
  • Conflict Resolution: Navigate complex personalities and competing priorities with emotional maturity, resolving issues before they impact team morale.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8–10+ years of experience in game production, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or people management capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence and are an expert at organizing updates into manageable reports for the appropriate audiences.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality features, specifically within UI/UX, Meta-game systems, or Live Operations.
