Our EA Experiences group creates seamless, engaging experiences for communities built around world-renowned brands like Apex, Battlefield, and The Sims. We combine expertise in fandom-building, interactive storytelling, and fan care to position our franchises at the center of entertainment. Through culturally relevant content, coordinated journeys, and adjacent experiences, we connect fans worldwide and enrich how they experience EA.

As a Senior Program Manager on the Partner Success team you will plan programs well, align them, and deliver them on time and within scope. You will improve collaboration across researchers, technologists, and partners, removing roadblocks and keeping everyone focused on priorities. Your work accelerates delivery of high-quality customer experience improvements, maximizes resources, and drives measurable business and customer value. You will report to the Director of Partner Success.

Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • You will manage integrated workback schedules, milestones, and dependencies for our large partner programs and high-impact programs

  • You will coordinate across our UX, technology, operations, business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability

  • You will track progress and risks; resolve blockers and escalate when needed

  • You will drive program rhythms (kickoffs, status updates, checkpoints, retrospectives) 

Partner Management

  • You will be a primary operational partner contact for assigned initiatives

  • You will ensure partners understand timelines, expectations, and decision paths

  • You will capture partner insights and feedback and integrate them into program execution and decisions.

  • Foster trusted, collaborative relationships that support long-term success 

Program Operations & Enablement

  • You will design and maintain program tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, dashboards, and documentation)

  • You will improve workflows, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency

  • You will provide leadership with visibility into status, outcomes, risks, and ROI

  • You will establish lightweight frameworks and best practices that ensure tactical teams manage their smaller projects

Scaling & Governance

  • You will help define when Partner Success leads vs support initiatives

  • You will influence and guide project management practices across partner-driven work

  • You will ensure consistency in documentation, communication, and operating norms

  • You will support planning, prioritization, and dependency management across programs

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$114,300 - $156,200 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
