The Manager, Community Insights will design and deliver reporting frameworks, monitor player sentiment across platforms, and provide clear analysis to senior stakeholders. Working closely with Social Insights, Development, and Publishing partners, you will ensure the player voice is embedded in decision-making and that EA SPORTS FC remains responsive, transparent, and data-driven.

  • Lead the design and delivery of community reporting frameworks, including daily reports, weekly dashboards, and campaign retrospectives.

  • Analyze sentiment, engagement trends, and behavioral data across Discord, Reddit, forums, and social platforms.

  • Translate community feedback into clear, actionable recommendations for Development, Publishing, and Franchise Marketing partners.

  • Embed and manage tools, AI models, and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and depth of insights.

  • Provide strategic input during planning cycles, helping identify risks and opportunities based on community trends.

  • Contribute to post-mortems and measurement frameworks, ensuring lessons from community data inform future campaign and product strategies.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by contextualizing community sentiment with supporting data.

  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret community feedback into actionable business recommendations.

  • Strong familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Reddit, forums) and social listening/analytics tools.

  • Experience building and embedding reporting processes, dashboards, or data automation.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple reporting streams.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic insights.

  • Comfortable partnering with Development, Publishing, and Marketing teams to influence decision-making.
