Sr Program Manager, Global Talent

Job Summary:

We are responsible for the strategic oversight and successful delivery of large-scale programs and initiatives while driving consistency and efficiency. We lead with authority, accountability and passion to solve our organization's business needs and to deliver the best quality work. You will report to the Director of Program Management, Global Talent working under a hybrid work model. This is a 5-month, full-time temporary role with benefits. 

Responsibilities:

Global Talent Consultant:

  • You will work directly with the People Experience Team across the globe to guide specific deliverables to meet program milestones including communications, managing and evaluating program data to assess program strengths and opportunities. Keeping all relevant teams and partners up-to-date and aware of program news and opportunities for collaboration. May include interaction with Sr. Leaders outside of the People Experience team.
  • You will have opportunities to contribute to high impact annual programs (performance, rewards, talent and goal planning).
  • You will become an expert in our global annual programs including partnering with the People Experience team delivering high touch support focusing on operational efficiency, simplification and streamlining.

Global Talent Program Management:

  • Support Global Program success:
    • Responsible for program execution & delivery; Manage the internal workflow of many-sided programs from kickoff through delivery.
    • Proactively obtain and communicate project status and next steps according to the project plan.
    • Inform and control internal workflow; tactically manage daily operations. Understand how the details roll up to the big picture. Forecast next steps to meet major milestones.

Time Management:

  • Create and manage detailed timelines to completion.
  • Identify key stakeholder reviews and approval gates, calendars stakeholder meetings, send meeting agendas and recaps, assist PE Partners in presentation preparation for Executive Leadership Review.
  • Breakdown projects into manageable tasks, assigns to appropriate team members, tracks completion.

Risk Mitigation:

  • Identify, assess and document risks that could affect program success.
  • Consistently removes barriers for the team, identifies and executes on ways to increase velocity to hit deadlines and achieve intended outcomes.

Communication:

  • Help provide necessary information for stakeholders to make decisions, drive to outcomes and results, meet important milestones and timelines.
  • Determine the communication flow throughout the cycle to PE partners (slack channel, email, weekly/bi-weekly meeting).
  • Build credibility with key stakeholders across PE, within Global Talent and in the business you support.

  • 6+ years of relevant experience including program management experience working with cross-functional partners; Talent Development program management experience
  • Written and verbal
  • Facilitation skills

  • Familiarity with online collaboration tools
