This role is based in Warsaw, and you will report to the International Brand Marketing Lead in Geneva.

International Brand Marketing 

The International Brand Marketing Team, which sits within the Brand Team, guides the connection of Global Brands to local audiences in culturally meaningful ways for the business, responsible for the go-to-market integrated omni-channel campaign planning ensuring European and Latin American markets achieve aligned plans as part of an overarching worldwide strategy. We aim to deliver investment that inspires growth. We are on a mission to find a successful brand builder and marketer who can develop channel marketing activations across Eastern European markets, with an immediate higher focus on Poland and a secondary focus on Turkey,  for the EA Entertainment portfolio. A list of specific responsibilities and qualifications you will need for this role can be found below.


Responsibilities 

  • You will rely on data interpretation to surface country insights and opportunities, and to inform the launch and live service go-to-market plans for EA Entertainment portfolio in Eastern Europe.

  • You will lead the omni-channel planning, collaboration, and execution in territory, ensuring that each channel assignment with activations (e.g., Earned, Social Influencers, Partnerships, First Party, CGD, Talent, or Licensing) reflects the strategy brief and ensures legal compliance by country.

  • You will be the brand management representative in Eastern Europe, reviewing all custom and localized content before going live across channels.

  • You will lead the local Creators' relationships and campaign programs. You will partner with the local in-market and global PR, social, and community teams to ensure consistency and plan integrations. 

  • You will track and interpret Eastern European campaigns, competitor performance, and data delivered by EA analytics, agencies, and demand planning teams, translating market hypotheses into actions.

  • You will be responsible for briefing, reviewing, and signing off agencies’ deliverables (Marketing, Influencers, & Comms), and advising and developing resources needed (agencies, intern programs, other). 

  • You will collaborate with third-party and first-party partners to bring our campaigns to life in markets.

  • You will track the regional non-media budget and raise POs, receiving services for the approved campaign activations once completed.

  • You will build mid to long-term growth plans focused on the region: gathering local insights and pitching local support required with attached business case.


Required Qualifications

  • Technical Skills

    • 3+ years of experience identifying and elevating local market nuances and trends, expected to help ensure regional inputs are considered within the global brand strategy and campaign. 

    • Brand Marketing & campaign management experience.

    • Agency Management (Marketing and Creators) background with project management experience.

    • 3+ years experience in Digital marketing with a full-funnel approach. Understanding of marketing Indicators and campaign optimization factors.

    • Experience managing M&S budgets.

    • Business and Commercial knowledge – global and local.

    • High English Fluency required to manage communication across a matrix of international counterparts. 

    • 3+ years of experience across Eastern Europe. 

  • Knowledge of gaming and prior experience with the gaming industry. First-Person Shooters experience and other genres relevant to EA portfolio is an important plus.

  • Other qualifications

    • 360 marketing oversight experiences and roles within entertainment or technology. 

    • Experience using advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Software package and familiarity with other leading marketing platforms.
