Production Coordinator
Location: Hyderabad
Workmodel: Onsite Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Manages multiple special activities including large-scale meetings, event planning and logistics for conferences / parties, swags, expense reports etc.
Conducts market research, gathers information and negotiates contracts prior to closing any deals.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of EA operations, policies, and procedures.
Maintains and distributes confidential and highly sensitive information, acting in confidence on behalf of the managers to handle issues of an organizationally sensitive nature.
Works as a liaison with the other departments in the companies, as needed (eg: HR, Facility, IT, Finance etc).
Works with staffing vendors on tracking contract staff data and ensuring its correctness e.g. shift & OT allowances.
Prepares and shares reports and analysis on data pertaining to responsibilities and deliverables.
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills with both verbal and written
Well versed with Microsoft or Google Office Suit.
Basic project management skills
Basic knowledge on finance and accounting.
