Design complex systems and tune them for specific goals.
Inspire and motivate the team to achieve high-quality within constraints.
Create new ideas and take external ideas and goals and work towards those.
Take a holistic approach to quality and delivery to ensure that the feature set and corresponding execution creates the best possible product.
Use qualitative and quantitative methods to validate and improve ideas.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Designer working in medium/large teams within the video game industry.
Experience mentoring other Designers and providing insightful feedback on design efforts.
Experience of console / AAA game development.
Experience working on designs from initial creation through to implementation.
Understand business models, and how design and the business model work together.

Regardless of your specialization, a few things we're always looking for:
Passion. You love your craft and are always looking to learn more.
A sense of humility and ability to thrive in a team environment. You look for help when you're stuck and you want to help your teammates when they need it.
A knack for managing your time. You know when to go deeper on a task versus recognizing that it's time to get 'er done and move on to the next thing. Quality is important, but so is speed!
Drive to execute. Projects you've worked on in the past (personal or professional) got finished, and got finished properly... and it had a lot to do with you.
