EA Tiburon is one of EA SPORTS largest development studios, actively developing and delivering games, content, and online services, primarily under the EA SPORTS brand.  Located in Orlando, Tiburon develops Madden NFL, NBA LIVE, EA SPORTS PGA TOUR along with other new intellectual properties, on a variety of platforms.

We’re hiring a full-time Media Content Assistant Producer to join our Tiburon Studio team in Orlando. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week onsite. In this position, you’ll bring stories to life through high-quality multimedia content that elevates our studio culture, engages our community, and showcases the incredible work happening across Tiburon. You will be a key creative partner for studio events, internal communications, executive storytelling, and community activations. You’ll develop compelling photo and video assets from sizzle reels and LED display content to social-ready clips and behind-the-scenes spotlights that highlight our teams, creators, innovation, and product experiences. Your ability to craft clean, visually powerful narratives will help bring Tiburon’s energy and accomplishments to audiences both inside and outside the studio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Produce original photo, video, motion graphic, and social-ready content supporting studio events, internal communications, community activations, and projects defined by Tiburon Studio stakeholders
  • Assist with creating in-game visualizations and product placement mockups for sponsorship and partner concepting
  • Capture B-roll, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage to spotlight teams, creators, and product innovation
  • Own production tasks, including planning, filming, editing, sound, color correction, motion graphics, and final delivery
  • Stay current on tools, trends, and best practices to continue improving quality and efficiency
  • Organize and maintain digital assets to ensure consistency, accessibility, and proper archiving

Your Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree working towards Bachelor’s in Media Production, Digital Media, Film, Communications, or a related field. Classroom, internship equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience producing and editing multimedia content, including photo, video, and animation
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or comparable tools)
  • Developing proficiency in storytelling, crafting narratives that highlight teams, product innovation, and EA studio culture
  • Strong editing skills with a focus on pacing, composition, presentation, audio, and color
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, receive feedback, and deliver high-quality content while maintaining a focus on customer service
  • Interest in sports, gaming, or EA titles
