You will be part of EA Partners which is the division within Electronic Arts that seeks out the best and boldest talent from independent studios around the world and partners with them to help deliver their incredible games to players across all platforms and devices.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with our internal and external production and development teams in building and ensuring the backbone for the highest quality player experience through feature planning, design reviews, pre-integration support, test strategy design/creation, test execution support/overview and data gathering/analysis.
  • You will contribute to test planning and collaborate with external partners and colleagues on the execution of the testing activities.
  • You will work closely with our external development teams as embedded in their development pods while supporting the product delivery strategy.
  • You will oversee and support the delivery goals agreed with external test execution vendor partners while providing feedback where appropriate.
  • You will create test cases for the assigned area/feature in accordance with the test strategy.
  • You will assist in test executions using available tools and document issues found.
  • You will need to understand current processes and workflows while driving improvements and knowledge sharing across the internal and external partner QA teams.
  • You will create and maintain status updates, communicate the information to stakeholders as well as understand, suggest and implement decisions based on available data.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of applicable work experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Understanding of a software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of test tools, testing methodology and processes.
  • Good understanding of data in analyzing the quality of a product.
  • Familiar with all game platforms.
  • Oriented to solve problems and focus on the solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
