Dialogue Design Intern
Contract: 12-month Internship

Responsibilities:
You'll become a key part of a small, dynamic team leading dialogue elements within the F1 franchise. While part of the game design family, this is a specialised dialogue-focused role.
You'll work with the Senior Dialogue Designer to assist with designs, write voice lines for performers, implement and test voice lines and bring features through from ideation to final product
You'll assist during recording sessions: taking notes; creating scripts; live rewriting
You'll use in-house design tools to set up, test and bug-fix the logic flows for dialogue in-game (training provided)
You'll help to select and transcribe best takes, and liaise with audio design during post-production
You'll work collaboratively with localisation teams to guarantee a best-in-class experience in all our territories
You'll organise and maintain our scripts, sessions and designs
Eligibility:
You are currently studying in the penultimate year of undergraduate study with a planned placement year.
You are available to commence a full-time 12 month placement in July 2026.
You are eligible to work in the UK without additional visa or relocation support.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Deep interest in voiceover, narrative and/or performance within video games
An interest in F1 and an understanding of the fan's broadcast/journalistic experience
Passion for writing, whether in games or in other fields
Basic experience of audio software/workflows valuable though not essential
Awareness of game design tooling valuable though not essential
An organised approach to creativity - making sure materials are readable and structured
A team player with a hands-on attitude and a commitment to learning
