The Challenge Ahead:

The Data Collection & Licensing (DCL) group of EA Sports FC is looking for an Innovation Producer, to take part in building a new era of change for the group. As an Innovation Producer, you will report to our Innovation & Technology lead producer in our international and diverse group.

Responsibilities:

• You will collaborate with team members to assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• You will gather and analyze data to create insights for optimizing processes.

• You will create compelling narratives to share the vision and benefits of change and to engage and inspire team members.

• You will provide support and training to team members to facilitate the adoption of new workflows.

• You will encourage a culture of innovation by facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Project Management is beneficial.

• Creative mindset with interest/experience with innovation.

• Strong interest in Machine Learning and AI.

• Experience in creating engaging presentations.

• Experience collaborating on team-driven projects.

• Excellent spoken and written English language skills with great communication and storytelling abilities.

• Capability to listen, and to learn from mistakes.

• Used to work in an environment that values collaboration with local and remote teams.
