As a software engineer, you are an essential part of the game creation process and are involved in the feature design and implementation of the game and live service.

You will report to an Technical Director.

Job location: You will work in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the server-side code development of features on time and ensure the quality of the delivered code.
  • Maintain the server-side code of existing features to ensure its robustness.
  • Help resolve server technical issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to accomplish daily tasks as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years PC/Mobile game server development experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one of Java or C++ or Golang.
  • Knowledge of common networking protocols (e.g. TCP, UDP).
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g. MySQL or Redis).
  • Knowledge of container and serverless technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in version control software such as Perforce and Git.
  • Excellent debugging capabilities.
