Location: Shanghai

We are seeking a Game Product Manager to join the FC Mobile team. The candidate will report to the Head of product management. The job will require more than 4 working days in the office.


Job Responsibilities:

  • You will understand the problems our games and business want to solve, and define the right data and insights to guide recommendations and decisions.
  • Your focus will be on gameplay and engagement areas where large-scale in-game data drives product improvements.
  • You will translate business needs into measurable tracking or testing requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
  • You will monitor key metrics to identify product or gameplay issues in real-time.
  • You will collaborate with design and economy teams to turn results into actionable product strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or a related field in the video game or content entertainment industry.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to turn insights into product actions.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.


Good to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytical tools (Python, R, MicrosoftExcel).
  • Understanding of gameplay systems and player behavior analysis.
  • Interest in sports games and football.
  • Experience as a live producer or data-informed product owner
