Build and enhance scalable test automation frameworks to reduce regression cost, improve coverage, and accelerate release confidence.

Create real-time dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor test coverage, defect density, and release readiness.

Explore and integrate AI-driven QA solutions, driving experimentation, prototyping, and team adoption.

Evaluate and modernize QA workflows, proposing improvements grounded in measurable impact and ROI.

Present testing strategies, quality status, and improvement proposals to leadership, influencing technical direction and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

3+ years in QA/QV (mobile preferred); solid SDLC understanding.

Hands-on experience with automated or advanced testing methodologies; experience with Unreal Engine testing is a plus.

Ability to work with data to support quality insights (e.g., SQL, logs, telemetry, crash analytics, dashboards)

Genuine curiosity for AI-powered testing solutions, with the ability to translate experimentation into practical workflow improvements.

Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, large-scale test strategies and plans, demonstrated experience in successfully leading and coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Design, Art) is highly plus.

A persistent passion for gaming, coupled with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and standards for key areas such as game features, performance, and compatibility, able to provide effective suggestions for improving user experience is highly plus.

Proficiency in reading and writing English.
