As an experienced and proactive 3D Environment Artist, you will work with teams to pioneer new standards in visual quality on FC mobile. Including stadium production, assets production, UI assets production and integration. Your role will involve hands-on production work, including prototype character development, debugging visual issues, resolving pipeline inefficiencies, and optimizing assets across different device tiers. You will report to the art director.


Responsibilities

● Create high-quality benchmark environment assets that align with the project's visual direction and technical requirements.

● Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure asset quality, performance, and style consistency across mobile platforms.

● Troubleshoot visual bugs, resolve pipeline issues, and increase assets for a range of device tiers.

● Participate in R&D efforts to explore new techniques, tools, and workflows that enhance visual quality.

● Support internal integration and polish of assets received from external partners.

● Document visual standards, workflows, and best practices to guide team understanding and quality control.

● Support external art/tech review. Deliver feedback to external teams to maintain art style understanding and quality under the guidance of project lead and senior artists.

● Assist the Art Director in maintaining visual excellence and aligning with the creative vision.

● Partner with production and teams to manage daily activities and improve the art pipeline.

● Identify production risks and collaborate with partners on mitigation strategies.


Required Qualifications

· 5+ years experience in AAA game production as an Environment Artist.

· We expect understanding of building structure, hard surface modeling, organic sculpting, vegetation creation and texturing.

· Good understand of shape language, silhouette, color theory

· Adapt to any project modeling style with mentoring from senior staff.

· Good knowledge in real-time world assets creation workflows. We expect you have a curiosity and desire to explore the new tools/workflows in the industry.

· Experience with Engines and Shaders.

· Collaborate with others. Polish art quality with other art teams, able to complete optimization, implementation and debugging pass for the asset with TA team.
