Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the AI Quality program from inception, defining business-aligned quality standards, user experience and target outcome metrics across AI-powered self-service capabilities.
  • Accountable for ongoing quality performance across fan-facing AI experiences, ensuring measurable improvements in accuracy, containment, risk mitigation, and fan-perceived effort and satisfaction.
  • Define and enforce AI launch readiness criteria, working with partner teams on launch criteria, validating risk scenarios, and certifying capabilities before release.
  • Lead post-launch AI agent governance, including performance monitoring, compliance with security and privacy standards and policies, and continuous quality improvement cycles tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with implementation and stakeholder teams to provide input on product direction to prevent downstream quality risks.
