  • You will create, build, and manage detailed test scripts and plans (including functional, network, edge cases, boundary, and pre-integration scenarios).

  • You will compile and communicate data across different sources; monitor bug entry/data quality, investigate and track difficult bugs, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • You will serve as a communication bridge between QA and development teams, ensuring alignment on quality plans and priorities; provide status updates via email and reports; represent the QA perspective in cross-functional and team meetings.

  • You will absorb, apply, and help evolve EA QA processes; drive team adoption of best practices and quality data entry.

  • You will mentor and support junior team members, fostering a player-first mentality and a collaborative team culture.

  • You will actively suggest and help implement tools, automation, and data-driven efficiencies for greater impact and productivity.

  • You will build effective working relationships with producers, designers, engineers, and QA colleagues across locations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

  • Experience with defect and task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

  • Potential ability to mentor others on process and quality topics.

  • Familiarity with automated testing, telemetry, and data analysis.

  • Passion for videogames with a strong player-first mindset.

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions, reporting on complex bugs, and compiling risk/status summaries.
