As a key member of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will grow advertising, sponsorship, and partnership revenue across EA’s game portfolio by shaping go-to-market strategy, owning key client relationships, and translating brand goals into scalable in-game and out-of-game programs.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Build integrated partnership frameworks across in-game media, sponsorships, and off-platform activations

  • Own client and agency relationships as the primary contact for assigned programs

  • Develop sales narratives and go-to-market materials with studio, brand, and operations partners

  • Align with internal teams on target brand lists and manage outbound sales activity

  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking across assigned accounts

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure execution aligns with sold scope and client goals

  • Share market insights and advertiser expectations with internal stakeholders


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorships.

  • Experience owning client relationships and managing end-to-end sales cycles.

  • Experience carrying revenue targets, pipeline goals, or forecast accountability.

  • Experience working with agencies, brands, or media partners.

  • Passion or interest in sports and gaming


Skills:


  • Digital and integrated media knowledge, including sponsorships and branded content

  • Account strategy development and opportunity identification

  • Sales and operational tools for pipeline, workflow, and reporting

  • Clear written and verbal communication for internal and external audiences

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$124,100 - $182,800 USD
* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) *$118,700 - $171,800 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
