SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced and driven technical analyst to support the development of reporting and measurement tools within the Insights & Measurement team in EA's Advertising and Sponsorship business unit. In this role you will be implementing third party data collaborations that generate new measurement capabilities and scale ad performance reporting. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to collaborate with our Data Solutions team to build the necessary products and tools that maintain data integrity and privacy and drive improvements in targeting, measurement and attribution. Collaboration with account management teams will be key in meeting our advertising clients' expectations on measurement outputs. This role requires analytical expertise, technical fluency, and a program leader who can translate business objectives into actionable solutions. You will report to the Director of Advertising & Sponsorships Insights & Innovations and work in a hybrid work model 3 days in office our of our Vancouver office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with advertisers to understand data needs and enable effective campaign measurement and optimization.
  • Lead the development of data integrations with measurement and AdTech partners to unlock advanced targeting and analytics capabilities.
  • Deploy and experiment with privacy-enhancing measurement solutions, including clean rooms and first-party data collaboration frameworks.
  • Analyze marketing and performance data to uncover insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Leverage data visualization tools and platforms like Lookr to streamline and democratize measurement data access
  • Build, scale, and optimize tools, processes, and workflows to support operations of Ads & Sponsorships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data processing, automation, and analysis.
  • Analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams to implement scalable marketing solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement across web and app environments, including familiarity with adtech tools (e.g., MMPs, CDPs, data clean rooms).
  • Demonstrated expertise in advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including app attribution, incrementality measurement, and API integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, deliver results, and operate effectively in complex environments.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Exceptional candidates will also have a working knowledge of EA SPORTS titles.

Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$75,900 - $105,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
