We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Quality Verification (QV) teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations across various QV teams and locations, enhancing team productivity and cohesion. Reporting to the Director of Operations - Sports QV, you'll also collaborate with operational and administrative-focused individuals across the QV department to ensure consistency and smooth daily execution. This role is hybrid and you will work from our Vancouver office 3+ days a week.

You will be acknowledged as the glue for this team! We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Administrative experience is necessary in this role.

Your Responsibilities

* Provide clerical and administrative support that aligns with department and team needs (example: Calendar Management, Team Comms, Vendor Invoicing and Reconciliation).

* Manage promotional merchandise (swag)/gifts orders and deliveries to team members.

* Work with other Administrators and IT to proactively manage hardware and software needs for the Studio/Team.

* Assist with Space planning and coordinating moves.

* Monthly reconciliation of corporate cards and provide initial training and assistance on our expense reporting tool.

* Provide company policy & procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment use;

* Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, team building, catering and special events logistics, onsite & offsite.

* Onboarding of new hires related to ensuring NUSUs (New User Set Ups) have been completed in advance; ensuring all equipment, network access, and cube/office and equipment is set up and/or shipped prior to start date.

* Responsible for proactively maintaining all department common areas

Your Qualifications

* Minimum 2+ years administrative experience

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

* Experienced in administrative duties such as planning logistics or coordinating events/team meetings, management of executive calendars, handling correspondence both internally and externally with vendors, account/invoice reconciliations etc.

* Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills along the way.

* Ability to prioritize work flows and work successfully and accurately with minimal supervision

* Flexible with a variety of changing tasks.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$50,400 - $66,600 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
