Our FC Data & Analytics team is looking for an Advanced Analyst to join our group, leading forecasting and performance modelling for FC’s live service business. Reporting to a Senior Analytics Manager, you will be part of a growing team providing data and insights around player behaviour and live content performance within the FC franchise. We’re looking for someone who combines strong quantitative forecasting expertise with business intuition, bringing the ability to translate historical trends, player behaviour, and live content strategies into actionable projections that inform decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and live service operations - helping shape how FC plans and measures performance at scale.

What you'll do on our team:

  • Own the forecasting framework that underpins performance measurement, planning, and strategic decision-making across FC’s live service business.

  • Employ an extensive toolkit of financial modelling techniques, time series analysis, and a deep knowledge of their use cases.

  • Develop a robust model that projects our live service funnel metrics to a high degree of fidelity, incorporating player behaviour, in-game content, and macroeconomic trends.

  • Collaborate with partners across Product Management, Finance, and Commercial teams to align on projections, and keep the business updated on how our latest live service performance impacts our model’s assumptions.

  • Establish scalable forecasting processes that enable us to work with our cross-functional partners to efficiently & effectively refine our projections over time.

  • Lead presentations to diverse audiences including senior and executive level management, distilling complex model results into clear insights & recommendations.

  • Run risk and opportunity scenarios based on live content plans, new feature additions, and other potential changes in the FC product.

  • Mentor and collaborate with other analysts in order to collaboratively develop our forecasts, working together to drive evolutions in our modelling in this space.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or similar)

  • 7+ years of experience in a data-driven role performing quantitative analysis with big data to help guide decisions

  • 4+ years of experience developing financial/product performance projections and forecasts using various modelling techniques

  • Strong experience in statistical and/or time series modelling for predictive purposes

  • Expertise in SQL and working with large-scale, complex datasets

  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets using programmatic tools (e.g. Python, R)

  • Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)

  • Strong capabilities in project management processes

  • Very comfortable presenting analysis in an executive facing environment
