Job Summary:

Join us at Electronic Arts and help inspire the world to play.

As our Analytics Delivery Project Manager, you will scale how analytics work is delivered across Fan Care and Fan Growth, and guide analytics projects that shape decisions for iconic franchises like EA Sports FC, The Sims, and Apex Legends. You will report to the Manager, Execution Strategy & Operational Performance and work with a collaborative, inclusive team dedicated to improving player experiences through data-driven insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Own intake and demand management for analytics requests, bringing structure to ambiguous requests and driving execution

  • Maintain visibility across all work (planned, in-flight, completed)

  • Facilitate prioritization and alignment with stakeholders

  • Define and run sprint planning and execution processes

  • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery

  • Improve workflows, tools, and delivery standards

  • Build reporting that provides clear visibility into progress and performance

  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in project, program, or portfolio management in a data or technical environment

  • Experience managing cross-functional work across multiple stakeholders

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Airtable, or similar

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$75,900 - $105,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
