Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Game Designer to support the creation and delivery of engaging game content. This is an entry-to-early-career role for someone passionate about games, eager to learn, and excited to grow their design skills in a collaborative, live-service environment.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Support design and implementation of content, and events under guidance.
  • Create and maintain design documentation, JIRA tickets, and status updates.
  • Assist with playtesting, and iteration based on feedback.
  • Work in engine and tools to implement content.
  • Play the live game regularly and provide feedback on player experience, balance, and tuning.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, art, and QA partners.

What You Bring

  • Familiarity with the game and interest in comparable titles.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and meet timelines.
  • Curiosity about player behavior, game systems, and live-service design.
  • Passion for making and playing games.
