Assistant I – People Experience (HR) Shared Services

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a People Experience (HR) Shared Services Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will 2focus on invoicing operations of global total rewards programs and operational administration of some global benefits.

What You'll Do

● Respond to employee and manager questions through ServiceNow and other communication channels.

● Support benefits-related activities and help employees understand their benefits programs.

● Assist with invoice processing and procurement-to-pay (P2P) activities.

● Work with HR systems such as Workday to maintain and update employee information.

● Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.

● Create and maintain process documents and user guides.

● Help identify ways to improve existing processes and make them more efficient.

● Ensure employee data is handled accurately and confidentially.

● Support global HR operations and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or Benefits Administration.

● Experience working in a global or multinational organization is a plus.

● Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

● Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.

● Ability to write professional emails and interact confidently with stakeholders.

● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions and learn new things.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
