Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Founded in 2010 by the original creators of the Call of Duty franchise, Respawn Entertainment creates games built around creativity, collaboration, and putting players first. We're looking for an Assistant Producer to join our Cosmetics team on Apex Legends, helping deliver player-facing cosmetic content for our live service while supporting some of the industry's most talented artists and developers.

You'll help coordinate the development and delivery of cosmetic content by partnering with internal art teams and external development partners. You'll support planning, tracking, communication, and day-to-day execution while developing your production skills and gaining experience across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Producers in coordinating the development and delivery of cosmetic content

  • Partner with artists, discipline leads, and external development partners to help keep work progressing on schedule

  • Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies using production tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Maintain schedules, documentation, dashboards, and production tracking

  • Coordinate meetings, capture action items, and follow through to help unblock the team

  • Communicate project status and updates across cross-functional partners

  • Help identify production issues and escalate them when appropriate

  • Contribute to improvements in team processes and production workflows

  • Develop an understanding of game development pipelines while building core production skills

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in production, project coordination, or project management within game development or a related creative industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools

  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for supporting creative teams
