Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

We’re looking for an Assistant Producer III to join the DCL Licensing and Asset Management leadership team within EA SPORTS FC. You'll lead the integration of authentic football content across all FC releases.

This full-time role is based at EA Vancouver, with office days on Tuesday and Wednesday. You can work remotely on other days should you wish.
We work standard hours but it will be necessary to start earlier some days to collaborate with EA Guildford and EA Cologne.
You'll report to the Head of Licensing and Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partner teams to integrate football content across EA FC titles.
- Manage the integration and assignment of licensed content, maintaining consistency across EA SPORTS FC releases.
- Lead project management with our development directors to improve our processes.
- Foster collaboration with partner teams, including Art, Capture and Presentation.
Qualifications:
- Develop relationships with the leadership of partner teams to enhance communication and collaboration.
- An understanding of football licensing and assets, and 3+ years experience in either the football business or game development.
- Understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
- A commitment to driving innovation and efficiency.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
- $73,200 - $101,700 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
