Location: Cologne

Reports to: Assistant Producer III

Join us at Electronic Arts Germany and help inspire the world to play. As Assistant Producer I in the Data Collection & Licensing group for EA Sports FC, you will improve football data production for assigned leagues, collaborating with our international team to deliver authentic gaming experiences. You will report to the Assistant Producer III and work in a hybrid model, three days per week onsite in Cologne.

Responsibilities:

  • You will build and coordinate accurate football data production across multiple leagues, ensuring metadata integrity and on-time delivery.

  • You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, QA, and Analytics teams to support task execution and daily activities.

  • You will follow established quality gates, help test data, and flag inconsistencies to senior team members.

  • You will track progress, update project documentation, and provide regular status updates, escalating risks promptly.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in football data editing or analysis, with a focus on games or sports.

  • 1+ years of experience in project or product management, delivering measurable results.

  • Interest and knowledge of football; specially around EA FC Leagues.

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, or Google Sheets to manage large datasets and perform basic queries.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages welcome.
