With more opportunity than ever to design, innovate and create new, immersive experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and connection to fans everywhere, we invite you to join our passionate and dynamic team as we pioneer the future of football fandom.

The ideal Producer is passionate about making games, specifically, planning and guiding the delivery of game quality and experiences. You'll be involved in development driving quality, updates and improvements across the Live game. Producers are the bridge between design, engineers, partner teams and project managers. They oversee what experiences we build, why we build them, and how we deliver them to our players. A love for football and the FC series is a requirement for this position. Composed of engineers from a variety of disciplines, the FC Live Platform Engineering team is a technical team, responsible for delivering updates to FC Live titles. This team works onsite in Vancouver 3 days/week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritise live issues using player impact, risk, severity, and fix complexity, making clear go/no-go calls.
  • Partner with other Producers to deliver feature quality through Change Requests for high priority areas.
  • Responsible for partner team change requests (e.g., Central Tech, Game Modes, Commerce, Security), balancing FC needs against shared-tech constraints and platform risk.
  • Support the coordination between studio teams, central EA groups, and publishing for live operations, approvals, and releases.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and trade-offs making data-informed calls when priorities shift or issues arise.
  • Partner with the Development Directors and support the team working towards milestones and important deliverables.
  • Balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Keep the team and partners' teams informed on results and changes.
  • You will report to the Production leader of the team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and experience with Football and EA SPORTS FC is a requirement.
  • An experienced producer or product manager with 2+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • Have experience developing online-enabled features and understand matchmaking and social systems.
  • Experience developing a staged product plan, including creating user stories and deliverables.
