This is a Hybrid remote/in-office role based in our Lyon or Stockholm office.

The Battlefield Community team is looking for a community/social media manager to support engagement and advocacy efforts with the French Battlefield community. Reporting to the European Community Lead, you will support our interactions and communications with our players through the implementation of content strategies across several platforms. 

Main Accountabilities

  • Main contributor to supporting community management strategies and execution for France and French-speaking players. 

  • Collaborate with the Global Community/Communications team to ensure succinct execution of Battlefield-fist tactics for French players. 

  • Manage daily process of French social media social media accounts (examples: YouTube, X, Instagram) and community engagement ecosystems (examples: Twitch, Steam, Discord). 

Role Accountabilities

  • Launch and manage community/social media campaigns catering to players and content creators.

  • Manage and facilitate communities with messaging and developing discussions, when needed.

  • Facilitate region-specific community sentiment reports and share applicable recommendations with global Community/Communications teams. 

  • You will work with creators to create supporting content for Battlefield channels.

  • Work with Senior Lead of Community on engagement strategies with players

  • Help report platform performance using third-party toolsets. 

  • Encourage engagement and advocacy through creative planning that leans into the strengths of community ecosystems and social media platforms. 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience as a social media manager or community engagement manager.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to engage global audiences and collaborate with varied levels of other teams

  • You will have experience overseeing, planning and delivering content across different platforms using tools such as Sprout and Airtable 

  • Experience using social media data/community sentiment tools to evaluate and report on the success of projects and efforts

  • Experience with PC/console games and Battlefield franchise and knowledge of FPS shooters and communities within this space

  • Experience with video, audio, podcast, or graphic arts production

  • Experience in the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Premier, or working After Effects knowledge.
