Associate Development Manager 

*THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN ORLANDO, FL AND WOULD REQUIRE BEING IN THE OFFICE 3 DAYS PER WEEK

We’re looking for a Development Manager who will help ensure a smooth execution of projects, presentations, and events. You will be an important contributor to the operations team responsible for supporting Studio Operations and delivering on specific initiatives designed to bolster our Talent efforts in the pursuit of creating industry-leading sports video games. 

You will report to the Sr. Development Director that supports Tiburon Studio Operations. Partnering with Talent Acquisition, other Operations Leaders, and others, your role is to ensure the various Studio Operations priorities are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

You will collaborate with several departments and establish relationships with peers and partners will be essential.

 Responsibilities:

  • You will help develop and maintain project roadmaps, scope and capacity plans, and project task tracking.

  • You will be responsible for owning assigned Initiatives - driving them, tracking them, until completion.

  • You will identify and address potential project risks.

  •  You regularly  communicate status updates to the Sr. Director of Studio Operations and be able to present updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices within the department. 

  • You will organize and facilitate important team events, including meetings, workshops, presentations, and other team activities.

Role Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination or project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile in a technology or general Operations.

  • Proficiency in tools and software, such as JIRA, Confluence and Google Suite.
