Now, they're excited to bring back the glory of college football for millions of college sports fans with EA SPORTS College Football. And with this anticipated title under development, EA SPORTS is looking for a diverse range of talent, who are passionate about what they do.

As an Associate Experience Designer, you will work collaboratively with the Experience Design Director, UX designers, artists, and engineers in diverse feature teams. You will use your creativity, passion, and knowledge of visual design to develop engaging and leading-edge visual design content, solve complex problems, and build amazing experiences for our players.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will use existing in-game assets to create messaging for a variety of campaigns/programs.
  • You will provide clear, detailed, and pixel perfect final design.
  • You will communicate and collaborate with partner teams to meet various player needs and business goals.
  • You will work with the team to apply, assist, and establish a set of design standards, documentation, and principles that reflect our brand.
  • You understand live services as it pertains to gaming, and make use of this knowledge in the development of art content.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in design or related studies.
  • 1+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator and other design software.
  • Understanding of composition, grid, color theory, typography and layout design.
  • Ability to complete deliverables on tight deadlines.
  • Eager, passionate, and willing to learn
  • You are comfortable presenting cohesive design approaches and iterating based on feedback.
  • Knowledge of American Football is helpful but not a requirement.
  • A portfolio or work samples, inclusive of unique and original designs. Marketing, Social Media, and UI/UX designs are a bonus.
