This is a hybrid remote/in-office role based in our Lyon location with 3 days required on site.

At EA SPORTS FC, Regional Integrated Communications means working across creators, community, social media, and PR to deliver unified player engagement. This is a digital-first role with creators and community at its core. The Associate Integrated Communications Manager, France-Benelux (FRBX) supports the execution of Integrated Communications for EA SPORTS FC across the region. You will help build meaningful connections with French and Benelux players by adapting Integrated Comms strategies to local culture, creator ecosystems, and community expectations.

You will combine creator and community management with campaign activation, plus PR and social oversight, helping adapt global strategies to fit local cultural nuances.

The main focus of this role is leading community and creator engagement across France & Benelux. You will contribute to Global Community Programs by sharing cross-regional insights and supporting structured engagement projects.

Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Communications, EA SPORTS FC (Europe) and working in close partnership with the Creator, Community, Social, and Global Communications teams,you will manage the FRBX community engagement and creator strategy. You will also oversee the French PR and social agency partners, and provide local insights to shape campaign planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with local community leaders and creators, identifying relevant talent for activations and creator programs.

  • Adapt global community briefs into culturally relevant FRBX plans informed by French pop culture, community sentiment, and creator trends.

  • Represent EA SPORTS FC on relevant platforms within the local community, being a trusted representative.

  • Implement platform-agnostic community and creator activations across console, mobile, and online products, integrating them into regional campaign plans and ensuring efficient budget use.

  • Support structured global player engagement programs (e.g., Design Council, feedback loops, global community frameworks).

  • Participate in cross-market projects and help improve global community processes and playbooks.

  • Oversee the local social channels through agency partners, ensuring culturally relevant content, posting, and understanding of global Social direction.

  • Manage daily collaboration with the French PR agency and social agency, ensuring understanding of messaging and campaign priorities.

  • Partner with the Global Communications team to maintain narratives and support local media opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in integrated communications, creator & community management, PR, or social media work (gaming, sports, or entertainment preferred).

  • You will have experience with French and Benelux culture, including creators, digital communities, and football trends.

  • Experience working with agencies and external partners.

  • You will speak fluently in French and English.

  • Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Reddit) and social listening/analytics tools.

  • Experience with football, gaming, or community engagement.
