Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

Founded in 2010 by the original creators of the Call of Duty franchise, Respawn Entertainment creates games built around creativity, collaboration, and putting players first. We're looking for an Associate Producer to join our Cosmetics team on Apex Legends, partnering with internal art teams and external development partners to deliver high-quality cosmetic content for our live service.

You'll own the day-to-day production and execution of one or more cosmetic content workstreams, helping coordinate delivery across multiple disciplines while partnering closely with your Producer on planning, priorities, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day production and execution of one or more cosmetic content workstreams

  • Partner with artists, discipline leads, designers, and external development partners to coordinate the delivery of high-quality cosmetic content

  • Maintain schedules, milestones, sprint plans, and production tracking for your assigned workstreams

  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving timely follow-up and escalating issues when needed

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to keep teams aligned throughout development

  • Support milestone planning, content reviews, testing, and release readiness

  • Provide regular project status updates to your Producer and cross-functional partners

  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and execution processes

  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams and external development partners to support successful content delivery

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in production or project management within game development or a related creative industry

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams through multiple stages of development

  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills

  • Ability to proactively identify risks and keep work moving

  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid development methodologies

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar production tools

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
