With more opportunity than ever to design, innovate and create new, immersive experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and connection to fans everywhere, we invite you to join our passionate and dynamic team as we pioneer the future of football fandom.

We are looking for an experienced Producer to oversee several core technology teams that provide the foundation for EA FC. These teams focus on shared systems, tools, and technical capabilities that support the entire franchise.

This role is ideal for a producer who excels at organizing complex work, aligning multiple teams around shared priorities, and solving cross-team problems. You will work closely with engineering and discipline leadership to bring clarity to ambiguous spaces, balance competing demands, and ensure foundational work is delivered reliably and at high quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple core technology teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and execution across shared workstreams.
  • Own planning, tracking, and organization for backlogs, milestones, and cross-team dependencies supporting the franchise.
  • Partner closely with senior producers, engineering leads, and discipline directors to balance competing priorities and drive clear decision-making.
  • Identify risks and blockers early, drive mitigation plans, and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Translate high-level franchise goals into actionable plans for teams delivering shared technical capabilities.
  • Manage incoming requests from feature teams and partners, ensuring scope, expectations, and trade-offs are clearly understood.
  • Maintain clear communication, schedules, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Support continuous improvement of production workflows, tools, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted production partner to technical leadership, helping teams stay focused and effective.
  • Career manage a team of producers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in game production or technical project management, with experience supporting multiple teams or shared services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, interdependent work across several teams simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a track record of bringing structure to ambiguous or highly technical initiatives.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and technical disciplines in a game development environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience with agile or hybrid development methodologies and modern production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring, supporting, and growing producers.

Preferred:

  • Experience leading production for core technology, engine, tools, or platform teams.
  • Background on large-scale, AAA, or live service games.
  • Familiarity with rendering, tools, systems, or technical pipelines (no hands-on coding required)
