Associate Producer II - EA SPORTS™ FC

This role is in FC Live, and is assigned to a Strategic Growth Project. The Producer on this initiative sits at the center of transforming FC’s future business model and growth strategy—offering the chance to lead high-impact, cross-functional work that directly influences player acquisition, engagement, and revenue at scale. The Producer would partner with teams across FC to deliver meaningful and impactful innovation and change to the Live product ensuring a quality experience for all players across all modes.

The ideal FC Live Associate Producer will have a mix of strategic acumen, creative instinct and analytical ability that can translate data and ideas into actionable plans that benefit our players.

You will have experience with game production, quality verification, development or product management on a title with live services, and will be familiar with Football (Soccer) as a sport. You will have a good eye for product quality, user experience, and have strong organizational and collaborative skills. You believe great teams make great products.

If you enjoy working on a fast-paced team, developing experiences for millions of fans, while evaluating and critiquing existing ideas/processes and coming up with new ones, this is the role for you! A love for football and the FC series is a benefit, not a requirement.


Your Responsibilities

  • Works with Project Leadership to establish roadmaps for game experiences and technological advancements, aligning with the broader goals of FC and EA Sports.

  • Partners with stakeholders to shepherd features through development, modelling best practices for the process for delivery, feature quality, and ensuring the feature vision is upheld.

  • Evaluates features and prioritizes the backlog to ensure work is aligned with product strategy and ROI.

  • Works with Development Managers on feature delivery processes, driving for clarity, and proposing improvements to workflows.

  • Works with a team of developers, data analysts, product managers and QV professionals to ensure product integrity.

  • Identifies dependencies and works through requirements across various teams.

  • Develops strong relationships with partner teams including ads & sponsorship, FC +1 development, commercial, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.

  • Reports to the production leader of the team.


Your Qualifications

  • An experienced producer or product manager with 5+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.

  • A love for working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team.

  • Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.

  • Experience using data and insights to inform planning and decision making.

  • Experience in the development of a staged product plan, including the creation of user stories and deliverables.

  • Outstanding communication skills (group meetings and written documentation).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in UI/UX and Game Design is a bonus, not a requirement


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$130,800 - $183,000 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
