Description & Requirements

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will use testing skills and methodologies to test the product and share results systematically

  • You will develop quality strategies for owned feature/POD

  • You will research and propose solutions for increasing test coverage efficiency

  • You will compile data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries to communicate status and risk

  • You will use different testing methodologies and analyze feature sets for automation opportunities (Risk-based Testing)

  • You will use development tools to guide issue identification upstream and promote defect prevention.

  • You will communicate status and risk through cohesive summaries

  • You will be the communication bridge between development partners and QA teams

  • You will provide technical, quantitative, and qualitative feedback

  • You will represent the QA perspective in meetings, ensuring quality standards are prioritized.

  • You will Lead improvements and knowledge sharing across teams

  • You will promote professional growth within the QA team

  • You will mentor and support team members in implementing quality strategies

  • Reporting to the Development Director, Bucharest-based, hybrid work-model

Our Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or game design

  • Familiarity with automated testing, common automation tool sets, telemetry, and data literacy

  • Experience with defect and task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

  • Experience managing continuous improvement plans and building from start to finish.

  • Can create Test Strategies anchored in Defect prevention and early QA involvement,
