Role Summary

As an Associate UX Designer role on the CRM Design team, you will report to the CRM Design Manager and collaborate with designers, producers, and developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that engage players and reflect our franchises’ unique visual identities. You’ll design layouts, templates, and assets that scale across global regions and multiple platforms, all while maintaining a strong understanding of UX and UI best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling static and animated concepts that align with brand, franchise, and campaign guidelines across web, email, and in-game platforms.

  • Develop responsive templates, frameworks, and UX wireframes that support cohesive digital experiences.

  • Prepare assets for multiple channels while ensuring localization for global player experiences.

  • Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Development teams to create unified UX/UI solutions and maintain creative consistency.

  • Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in collaboration with producers and content managers.

  • Ensure all creative meets brand, platform, and licensor standards, while aligning with CRM and campaign strategies.

  • Contribute to the ea.com Design Library, design systems, and stay current with UX best practices, trends and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of UX or visual design experience in digital marketing, gaming, or entertainment industries.

  • Portfolio containing designs from concept through execution across diverse digital platforms.

  • Experience with UX/UI principles, responsive design, and design system implementation.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma for design and collaboration.

  • Have communicated designs to multiple partners

  • Experienced managing projects within a quick deadlines.

  • Familiarity with web, email, and in-game creative requirements, and comfort using Google Workspace tools.


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$83,000 - $116,400 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
