  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.

  • Support DevOps/SRE efforts by maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.

How Your Success Will Be Measured:

  • Contribution to team productivity and code quality standards.

  • Effective collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.

  • Demonstrated growth in technical skills and ownership over time.

What You Bring:

  • 2–4+ years of professional backend development experience.

  • Proficiency in C#/.NET, with working knowledge of cloud-based environments (AWS or equivalent).

  • Experience building API-driven services that integrate with frontends or mobile clients.

  • Good familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB).

  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows, testing, and debugging tools.

  • Awareness of scalability, reliability, and security considerations in distributed systems.

  • Curiosity and motivation to learn modern backend and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills & Values:

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

  • Eager to learn from others and contribute to a positive team culture.

  • Passionate about building reliable, high-impact backend systems that power great fan experiences.
