A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

EA SPORTS is a global leader in sports entertainment. We build immersive, authentic experiences for millions of players around the world—connecting them to the sports, athletes, and moments they love. As we evolve from a game-first brand into a broader cultural force in global sports and entertainment, we’re looking for passionate brand leaders to help shape what’s next.

The Role:

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Program Manager for EA SPORTS to drive the operational backbone of our brand marketing initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in supporting campaign execution, organizing project workflows, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our creative and content workstreams run efficiently, effectively, and on-brand.

This is a highly cross-functional role focused on managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, tracking marketing performance, and helping bring EA SPORTS' brand vision to life across content, creative, events, and partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

Project & Workflow Management

  • Manage the end-to-end tracking of brand marketing initiatives including content development, creative asset production, event activations, and partner campaigns

  • Create and maintain project plans, calendars, and status documents to drive visibility and accountability across teams

  • Build and evolve internal workflows from brief intake to go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment at each stage

  • Support project resourcing, scoping, and prioritization efforts in collaboration with brand leads and creative teams

Build & Execute with the Team

  • Join a lean, collaborative team where initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving are highly valued

  • Take ownership of projects and help shape how we work—bringing ideas to the table and driving them forward with clarity and purpose

  • Operate with autonomy while staying closely connected to cross-functional partners and leadership

  • Be comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day execution, with support and trust from the team around you

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as a key operational liaison between brand, creative, franchise, comms, legal, and external vendors

  • Ensure timely reviews, feedback cycles, and delivery of workstreams by aligning stakeholders and managing expectations

  • Coordinate internal approvals and compliance reviews to ensure brand consistency and legal clearance

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Own day-to-day vendor communications, including managing SOWs, purchase orders, and invoicing

  • Track marketing spend across projects, partnering with finance and procurement to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on campaign status, key milestones, and marketing performance to internal stakeholders

  • Partner with insights and analytics teams to support reporting and campaign optimization

Brand Governance

  • Review creative materials and content for consistency with EA SPORTS’ visual identity and guidelines

  • Support the rollout and adoption of brand toolkits and visual systems across internal and external teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or creative production ideally in sports, entertainment, or gaming

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams

  • High executive functioning: able to think ahead, problem-solve, and bring clarity to ambiguity

  • Familiarity with brand marketing processes from strategic brief through to go-to-market execution

  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and basic budget tracking

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working in or supporting brand, creative, or content teams

  • Familiarity with marketing performance reporting or KPI tracking

  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and how brands show up in culture
