At EA, our mission is to identify, engage, and develop the next generation of exceptional talent through strategic internship and university hiring initiatives.  This role will focus on early career talent and will be responsible for hiring interns, graduates and early career talent across EA Malaysia. You will execute top student engagement strategies, including events with target campuses and organizational partners. You will act as an ambassador for EA, showcasing our culture, business priorities, and career opportunities for early career talent. In this role you are expected to travel in person to their respective campuses/events/conference as needed. You will report to Senior Recruiting Manager based out of India.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic campus recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent from universities and colleges, focusing on both internships and full-time roles.
  • Lead intern hiring programs, including designing internship opportunities, managing intern recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive intern experience.
  • Partner with global employer branding and communications teams to create compelling employer brand messaging, and digital content tailored to campus audiences.
  • Plan campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment activities to promote EA as an employer of choice.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at target universities, including faculty, career services, student organizations, and campus ambassadors.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for both internships and new graduates, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in campus recruiting, intern hiring, and employer branding to continually enhance strategies and programs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track the effectiveness of campus recruiting, intern hiring, and employer branding efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 4 + years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, intern hiring, employer branding, or a related area, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for internships and early-career roles from universities or colleges.
  • Team player with strong written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
