As a Commercial Media Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Commercial Asset Manager, and project manage a range of Digital assets across several key areas of the business.Part of your role will be to support EA’s Subscription Service, EA Play, executing on asset briefs from our Marketing Partners, running social, First Party, email assets and a variety of storefront banners through to final handoff. Working alongside global partners, you will develop relationships and processes, while providing creative solutions to executions across EA’s complete portfolio of titles.For Lifecycle and DOM, you will be working across two main product lifecycle areas: Email and In-Game Messaging. For email, you will work with our Brand, Lifecycle and Production teams to formulate focused asset briefs for our Production partners to execute against. You will then manage approvals of the assets through various stakeholders, and providing creative support to help bring the placements to life.

What an Associate Commercial Asset Manager does at EA:

  • Adaptation Production Management: offering and managing digital asset production for Lifecycle Marketing Teams, EA Play Marketing and other partners. Assess requests (ad hoc and recurring) from these teams, and convert these into solid briefs for Production teams to meet.

  • Relationship Management: be a core contact point between asset end-users and core content creators to improve communication. Being the main link between Marketing, Digital Merchandise, Design and Production teams.

  • First Party: Develop an understanding of 1st party agreements, legal requirements, approval submissions, communication of local restrictions and other challenges posed by 1st Party requirements. Communicate any 1st party challenges as a prior task to avoid any lengthy delays in approvals at the back end.

  • One Team Environment: Daily meetings to ensure work is on track, any barriers to success can be communicated to the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall asset briefing, creation and management of daily, ad hoc and recurring deliverables.

  • Manage allocated Product Assets from kick off brief, to approvals and deployment.

  • Maintain daily contact with all Partners, and attend status meetings (with US-based teams)

  • Data Integrity - Setting up and maintaining product status in the master tracker, Kanban board, Airtable, Asana Operational Status meetings.

  • Quality control and checking of assets at multiple points in the process.

  • Champion Franchise Brand guidelines, alongside a understanding of Franchise Branding.

  • Competent in using the following software applications: Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Asana.

 You will need:

  • Project Management experience in an independent, but collaborative environment

  • Attention to detail, with an eye for design

  • International experience, or working with international clients

  • Experience managing and driving maximised output from within, or with, an agency team

  • Experience in creating and managing emails

  • Prior experience with Salesforce desirable

  • Fluency in English, other languages beneficial
