We are hiring a Content Operations Lead to join EA's Fan Care organization.

In this role, you will act as a project manager for content operations, ensuring that tools, timelines, workflows, and reporting systems are aligned and running efficiently across teams. You'll use your project management expertise, advanced Airtable knowledge, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to keep initiatives on track, teams aligned, and processes optimized. You will also manage a business analyst responsible for developing performance reports and data-driven insights.

This role is part of EA’s Fan Care organization. EA’s Fan Care organization exists to help our fans get the most fun from their games. From onboarding new players to getting them back in the game when they have issues, we support fans across their EA experiences and keep them safe online. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Care a great place to be and be from. We celebrate diversity and inclusion. It’s just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We’re looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun.

  • Facilitate regular check-ins and status updates across strategists, designers, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Create and maintain documentation for processes such as planning, approvals, asset tracking, and tool usage.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and drive solutions for continuous improvement across systems and workflows.

  • Ensure governance, compliance, and content consistency across platforms and deliverables.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across EA and Fan Care, acting as an internal consultant and workflow expert.

  • Track and report on operational performance, recommending and implementing improvements based on data.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with business analysts and using data to inform decisions.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams, time zones, and functions.

  • Familiarity with content or creative workflows and the tools that support them (e.g., DAM, CMS, Asana, Jira).

  • Detail-oriented, process-minded, and energized by systems and structure.
