This is a Hybrid/on-site role based in Cologne.

Join us at Electronic Arts, where we inspire the world to play and shape the future of interactive entertainment. As the Creators, Social & PR Manager, you will guide integrated communications for EA SPORTS FC across German-speaking markets, Poland, and Türkiye.

You will localize global strategies, ensuring our campaigns resonate with players and creators while supporting our mission of creativity, inclusion, and teamwork.

You will report to the Lead, Regional Integrated Communications and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to community-driven impact.

Responsibilities:

  • You will localize and activate global communications plans, ensuring cultural relevance for players and creators in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, and Türkiye.

  • You will align storytelling and campaigns, represent regional player insights, integrate local feedback, plan activations across GSA, Poland and Türkiye, and manage select internal projects end-to-end.

  • Collaborate with the Global Creators & Talent team, advocating market insights into global frameworks and co-developing scalable creator programs and best practices.

  • Lead collaboration with GSA PR and social agencies, ensuring culturally relevant content aligned with global messaging and supported by Global Communications.

  • Track local community sentiment and creator dialogue to deliver insights, report on Indicators, and escalate latest issues to support informed decisions and communications.

  • Spot new opportunities from community and cultural trends, share activation insights to shape best practices, and ensure policy compliance while contributing to IC knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, or brand marketing within gaming, sports, or entertainment.

  • Experience managing integrated campaigns for high-profile brands across multiple markets.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience collaborating with global teams and using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
