Respawn Quality Verification is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to support the Operations team and Respawn QV leadership. You will report to the Director of Operations. This role has two main functions: 1) You will manage forecasting and budget commitments to ensure our business is meeting requirements, and 2) you will help assist with travel and events which contribute to our vision of driving excellence in game quality assurance across all locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve forecasting and actuals auditing, reporting, as well as third party invoice payments

  • Collaborate with leadership in North America, Romania, Colombia, India, and Kuala Lumpur test centers to understand strategy across international test centers and drive accountability

  • Create, maintain, and execute a project roadmap, including key milestones for workflow expansion and performance check-ins

  • Drive change management processes, and implement audit mechanisms to keep improving the efficiency of programs over time

  • Proactively review and assess discretionary spend and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Assist with planning team events (on and offsite)

  • Coordinate with leadership to complete quarterly business performance presentations

  • Travel up to 20% across various regions

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years Administrative or Project Management experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite

  • Fluent in Spanish

  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful business outcomes in ambiguous environments

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
