We’re looking for a Data Analyst Co-op to join our world-class paid internship experience from May - December 2026 (8-month term). Reporting to a Senior Analyst, you will be part of a growing team focused on supporting analysis around products and features being developed within the FC ecosystem. As a Co-op, you'll work on exciting projects such as player segmentation, experimental design and evaluation, and feature incrementality analyses to enhance our understanding of our players. You'll also develop impactful dashboards for data visualisation, enabling stakeholders to make data-informed decisions that improve in-game features. We welcome candidates who embrace a hybrid work model, blending remote work with a few days each week in the office, fostering collaboration and connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the FC Live Service analytics team in experiment design, production, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Analyse in-game data to measure the impacts that its features & content are having on our business.

  • Explore player behaviour patterns in our data to identify opportunities to improve the player experience.

  • Receive business questions from teams, determine the best ways that our data can help answer them, and provide those insights through dashboards, reports, or presentations.

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that help the internal partner identify important areas of opportunity and insight to guide future design.

Qualifications:

  • You must be available for a full-time paid internship from May 11 - December 18, 2026.

  • You must be enrolled in an accredited program in a related field.

  • You must be returning to school for at least one semester following your work term with EA.

  • Excellent SQL querying skills.

  • Proficient at analysing large datasets in a programmatic analysis tool (e.g. Python, R).

  • Knowledge of statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, probability, and causal inference)

  • Experience with data visualisation applications (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Experience in an analytics role using data to help guide decisions

Resume Information:

  • You must clearly indicate your expected graduation date in your resume to be considered.

  • Are you interested in games? Let us know!

  • Are you involved in any extra-curricular activities or clubs? We want to hear about them!

We are only considering students who can work in Canada, will be enrolled in an accredited degree program throughout this Co-op, and slated to graduate no earlier than May 2027. You must be legally authorised to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 8 month Co-op term. Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available for this position.
