Join our Battlefield Analytics team as a Senior Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gaming! You'll drive key insights into the software and experiential quality of Battlefield, directly impacting player experiences.

In this role, you'll leverage your analytics skills to guide strategic decisions, ensuring our leaders prioritize data-driven choices for product optimization, gameplay features, technology advancements, testing processes, and overall game quality. Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you'll be an integral part of our innovative analytics organization, making a tangible impact in the gaming world.


The Role:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will develop business intelligence products and lead data projects to enhance data maturity for our Development and Quality Assurance teams. Your expertise in SQL, ETL pipelines, and data visualization will be crucial in analysing data and identifying trends to drive decision-making across the organization.

·         Report to the Senior Analytics Manager.

·         Influence the data analytics roadmap for major EA titles.

·         Develop data products to improve decision-making.

·         Establish best practices in data analytics and visualization.

·         Influencing data governance practices to enhance data maturity.

·         Provide coaching to Data Analyst colleagues.


The next great Advanced Data Analyst requires:

·         3+ years of professional analytical experience.

·         Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.

·         Able to develop data modelling and warehousing solutions.

·         Able to plan and prioritize multiple concurrent projects.

·         Able to foster working relationships with partners.
