Your Team

You’ll be working in CDP Insights, a small but high-impact analytics team at the intersection of analytics and strategy, partnering with senior leaders to turn ambiguous problems into clear decisions and actionable plans that have real impact in the business.


What You’ll Do

  • You will partner with a team of analysts and translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical insights and recommendations
  • You will provide recommendations to create simple databases that enable tracking of core performance metrics
  • You will perform data analysis on a business process to provide an objective view of the business's operations.
  • You will evaluate and define metrics that provide feedback on the efficacy of the business.
  • You will prepare detailed reports and presentations that help the internal partner identify important areas of opportunity and insight to guide future design.
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the world


Qualifications

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program in a related field
  • You understand how data is stored in databases and can write SQL code to retrieve it, clean, and transform it.
  • You are comfortable working with messy or incomplete datasets.
  • You can visualize high readability data insights using software tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • You can write functional Python or R code to answer data analysis questions.
  • You can apply statistical analysis solutions using Python or R language.


You must be available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2026.
