You’ll be responsible for building a comprehensive and actionable project plan that clearly defines scope, estimates, and resourcing needs. You’ll coordinate contributions across multiple organizations, actively manage execution, and ensure risks and dependencies are addressed. Reporting to senior IT leadership, you’ll deliver transparency and confidence through clear communication, enabling alignment and successful delivery across the organization

Responsibilities:

  • You will develop a comprehensive, high-confidence project plan related to a technology shift which will impact some of EA’s largest games.

  • You will coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, and interdependencies.

  • You will define and document project scope, estimates, and resourcing requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • You will actively manage project contributions, driving execution, monitoring progress, and resolving risks or issues as they arise.

  • You will provide regular, clear communication and status updates to leadership, enabling confidence in the overall plan and its execution.

Qualifications:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

  • You have demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects that span multiple organizations or departments.

  • You have a strong background in project planning, capacity planning, scope definition, dependency management, and risk mitigation.

  • You have a proven ability to collaborate and build alignment across senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.

  • You have experience with project management tools such as Jira/JaaS and using metrics to measure and report on delivery success.

  • You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in the gaming or technology industry is highly desirable; former EA experience is a plus.
