  • You will help clarify production priorities and align team efforts with project goals by gathering information, tracking dependencies, and supporting conversations with internal and external partners.

  • You will facilitate collaboration within the Technical Art team and with partner teams, helping identify blockers, surface risks, and resolve open issues early.

  • You will partner with the Development Director and Technical Art Directors to support team planning, onboarding, resourcing conversations, and development opportunities for team members.

Execution

  • You will support the team in executing against milestones, deliverables, and project commitments across multiple EA SPORTS projects.

  • You will track task progress, dependencies, risks, and capacity, and escalate concerns to the Development Director, Technical Art Directors, and project leadership when needed.

  • You will partner with production and Technical Art leadership to help balance scope, quality, and timelines.

  • You will communicate progress, risks, and changes to project teams and coordinate requirements with external partners.

Project Management

  • You will partner with the Development Director to support sprint planning, retrospectives, task tracking, and project reporting.

  • You will maintain Technical Art project plans, backlogs, dashboards, and team documentation to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

  • You will help track schedules and milestone progress across multiple projects, using task estimates, team input, and partner timelines.

  • You will support planning discussions by gathering data on scope, capacity, dependencies, and resource needs.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management, production, or team coordination experience in software development, game development, or a related technical environment.

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Interactive Entertainment, Commerce, Digital Arts, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum frameworks is an asset, as is familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Miro, Slack, Excel, Google Sheets, and other project-tracking and reporting tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information, communicate risks clearly, and tailor messaging for different audiences.
